This service aims to ease the burden on pilgrims and enable them to perform their rituals with greater comfort and convenience by offering integrated logistics solutions that ensure the transport of their luggage from their accommodation to their final destinations inside or outside the Kingdom, without the need to carry it during movement between the holy sites.
SPL showcased the key advantages of this service, which aims to enhance the experience of pilgrims and reduce logistical burdens. These advantages include: delivering pilgrims’ luggage from the nearest SPL branch in their home city to the holy sites, as well as the option to have their luggage delivered from their accommodation in the holy sites back to their homes via their national address after the Hajj season ends. Pilgrims can track their shipments through the SPL app or SPL Online platform. Additionally, the service supports Haramain Train passengers by handling and securing their luggage throughout their travel during Hajj.
