The Data Sharing Page facilitates the process of data exchange between entities, based on our commitment to applying the highest standards and controls for data sharing approved by the National Data Management Office (NDMO). This is achieved by providing a unified regulatory framework that ensures entities comply with national requirements while enhancing data security and confidentiality during the sharing process.

We also provide streamlined mechanisms that promote transparency, ensure effective governance, and enforce compliance with regulatory policies, thereby guaranteeing the responsible and secure use of data.

بالتوقيع على هذا النموذج, اقر و أتعهد أنا الموقع أدناه بالالتزام بالمبادئ و الضوابط الأساسية لسياسات حوكمة البيانات الوطنية, وفقا للضوابط التالية: *

الالتزام بالمحافظة على سرية و خصوصية البيانات, و ألا يتم إفشاؤها إلا للأشخاص المعنيين فقط.
الالتزام باستخدام البيانات للغرض المنصوص عليه بالنموذج, وعدم استخدام البيانات في غير ذلك الغرض دون الحصول على موافقة خطية من سبل.
الالتزام بعدم الإفصاح عن أي من البيانات التي تم توفيرها بموجب هذا الطلب أو مشاركتها مع طرف أخر دون الحصول على موافقة خطية من سبل.
يمكن الإفصاح عن الحد الأدنى من البيانات إذا كان لأغراض أمنية أو قضائية, على أن يتم إشعار سبل بذلك.
عدم تخزين البيانات لأغراض أخرى غير معالجتها و التعامل معها للأغراض المنصوص عليها في هذا الطلب, كما يجب إتلافها عند انتفاء الغرض منها.
سينهي طالب البيانات الوصول إلى البيانات للمستخدمين بمجرد تغيير الأدوار أو انتهاء الغرض.
الالتزام بالتحقق من أمن و موثوقية و سائل مشاركة البيانات المستخدمة.
الالتزام بإشعار سبل فورا وبما لا يتجاوز 72 ساعة من وقوع أو اكتشاف أي حادثة أمنية أو تسريب للبيانات المفصح عنها.
يتحمل طالب البيانات المسؤولية الكاملة فيما يتعلق بمعايير الامتثال وضوابط حوكمة و إدارة البيانات الوطنية.
كما أقر أن المعلومات المذكورة في هذا النموذج صحيحة و أتحمل المسؤولية المترتبة على خلاف ذلك.
يتم تقييم الطلبات من قبل سبل خلال فترة زمنية لا تتجاوز 30 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلامها حسب سياسة مشاركة البيانات الصادرة من مكتب إدارة البيانات الوطنية.

By signing this form, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and commit to complying with the fundamental principles and regulations of the National Data Governance Policies, including: *

Maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the data, ensuring it is only disclosed to authorized personnel.
Using the data strictly for the stated purpose and not for any other purpose without prior written consent from SPL.
Refraining from sharing or disclosing any of the provided data with any third party without written approval from SPL.
Data disclosure is permitted only to the minimum necessary extent for security or judicial purposes, with prior notification to SPL.
Data must not be stored for purposes other than processing it for the requested purpose. It should be destroyed once the purpose is fulfilled.
Access to data must be revoked when users' roles change or when the purpose of data access is no longer valid.
Ensuring the security and reliability of data-sharing methods used.
Immediately notifying SPL within 72 hours of any security incident or data breach.
The requester assumes full responsibility for compliance with National Data Governance and Management Regulations.
I confirm that the information provided in this form is accurate and accept full responsibility for any discrepancies.
