Saudi Post | SPL adopted community service programs during developmental, social, health, cultural, and economic events organized by government entities and civil institutions, considering them part of its social responsibilities.​

In line with this role, the organization signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, which stipulates making use of the postal service’s technical and human capabilities to provide various social services and activities, contributing to the social development of the nation’s citizens.​

In 2015, the organization received the Best Social Responsibility Project Award at a ceremony organized by the regional magazine ".Gov", which focuses on public sector initiatives and community service. This recognition came in appreciation of the organization’s effective role in supporting social activities in the Kingdom, extending to all community aspects and supporting developmental activities.​
