In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and His Excellency the President of Saudi Post | SPL, Eng. Anef bin Ahmed Abanomi, Saudi Post | SPL and the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (RER) launched the linkage of the National Address to the Property Sheet as a geospatial identifier. This took place at the Future of Real Estate Forum 2026, held in Riyadh from January 26 to 28.

The agreement aims to empower the real estate sector by linking the National Address to the Property Sheet and integrating property-related data with National Address data to enhance the reliability of Property Sheet information. It also focuses on correcting and unifying shared data between the two entities, in addition to technical integration between systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. The agreement further seeks to expand cooperation between both sides across several areas of mutual interest, including digital solutions and geospatial enablers provided by SPL, contributing to improved accuracy of real estate data, strengthened reliability of transactions, and support for regulation and oversight in the real estate market.
