Saudi Post | SPL, in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, has issued two commemorative stamps valued at SAR 3 each for the Riyadh Metro, which was inaugurated by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud — may God protect him — on Wednesday, 25 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 AH, corresponding to November 27, 2024.

The Riyadh Metro project is a key component of the public transport network system in Riyadh and stands as one of the major developments in the Kingdom during this prosperous era. It is distinguished by its advanced engineering designs and cutting-edge technologies that meet the highest international standards.

It is worth noting that the postage stamps issued by Saudi Post | SPL reflect the most prominent national events, including religious, cultural, artistic, and sporting occasions, as well as key international events. Each stamp captures a significant moment or commemorates an iconic scene in Saudi history, making them an ideal choice for stamp collectors around the world.
