Saudi Post | SPL Makes Several Services Available via the Tawakkalna App

Saudi Post | SPL has enabled a number of its logistical and geospatial services through the national comprehensive app "Tawakkalna", enhancing integration between national digital platforms to ensure the highest standards of efficiency and speed, and helping users access services easily and flexibly.

The services available through the Tawakkalna app include viewing, tracking, and checking the status of incoming, outgoing, and completed shipments; knowing and viewing the National Address and requesting proof of it; viewing branch locations; using a price calculator; exploring global addresses via the “Alami” service; and setting a primary address, allowing users to designate their main registered address if they have more than one on record.

As part of its strategy, Saudi Post | SPL employs modern digital technologies to develop its digital infrastructure and strengthen its presence within the ecosystem of governmental digital solutions. It also enhances the user experience by managing shipments and postal addresses via "Tawakkalna" app. This move supports SPL’s strategic targets of becoming the leading and strategic choice for government and private sectors, as a national operator distinguished by high capabilities in delivering logistical and geospatial enablers across the region.
