As part of the national joint efforts to localize local industries and enhance the quality of Saudi products—and in continuation of the implementation of the agreement signed between the Saudi Post | SPL and the Saudi Export Development Authority, represented by the “Made in Saudi” program, SPL has signed several agreements with four national factories to manufacture folders, postal parcels, and labels in accordance with the highest international standards.
These agreements aim to enhance the competitiveness of national products and open new export markets, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which seeks to increase the contribution of non-oil exports to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and expand local content across various supply chains. This step represents a continuation of a joint strategic path that aims to build an integrated ecosystem combining industrial enablers with logistics services, leveraging the Kingdom’s advanced infrastructure to strengthen its position as a vital economic hub connecting global trade routes across three continents. This initiative also reflects the commitment of national entities to unify efforts and strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors, thereby supporting local industries and enabling them to confidently access regional and international markets with high quality and reliability.
The Saudi Export Development Authority continues its ambitious efforts to enhance the position of Saudi products on the global trade map through targeted initiatives, including providing technical support and specialized consultations, offering logistics services, organizing participation in international exhibitions, and building strategic partnerships with the private sector, achieving the goals of economic diversification and boosting non-oil exports.
The signing of these agreements comes as part of the Saudi Post | SPL's efforts to achieve its strategic objectives of becoming the leading national entity and the primary strategic enabler for both the public and private sectors, by providing integrated logistical and geospatial solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to reinforcing the Kingdom as a global logistics hub.
