Terms and conditions:

 

  • Your receipt of the service invoice receipt constitutes your acknowledgment and confirmation that the shipment does not contain any dangerous or prohibited items as defined by internal and international regulations and laws. You are fully responsible for the shipment's contents.

 

  • Saudi Post is not responsible for delays caused by security procedures, customs procedures, shipping company delays, or natural disasters.

 

  • The sender is responsible for the correctness of the address of the sender and the addressee, as well as the consequences.

 

  • For uninsured shipments, Saudi Post is not responsible for any damage to the content caused during the shipping or storage process, and the express service's insurance coverage in the shipment compensation policy applies.

 

  • In the event of loss or damage, and it is proven that Saudi Post was responsible for the loss or damage, a claim must be filed within 15 days of sending the information related to the piece via email to info@SPLonline.com.sa  The service express compensation policy for shipments includes insurance coverage for uninsured shipments.

 

  • It is prohibited to ship the following dangerous materials for safety reasons: (firearms, ammunition, swords, knives, explosives, incendiary materials, flammable materials, toxic materials, and compressed gases) or any materials prohibited from shipping by other relevant authorities.

 

  • To receive the baggage, the customer must be present at the specified time. In the case of luggage transport (between stations), the customer is obligated to receive it within a maximum period of 15 days of its arrival at the address, and in the event of failure to do so, the Saudi Post has the right to issue a fee invoice for the storage period or dispose of the material in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

  • Regarding the baggage storage service (in the offices at Al-Haramain train station), the customer is obligated to receive it within 15 days of the date of storage. In the event of non-receipt within the specified time frame, Saudi Post SPL retains the right to dispose of the material in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

  • Regarding the fees for the service of keeping and transporting luggage, the calculation is based on a single piece, and you can track shipments by tracing via the application (SPL app) or the official website of the Saudi Post SPL Online https://splonline.com.sa/ or by calling 19992.
