Phishing via text messages (SMS):

• Beware of messages containing hidden sender information, often disguised under generic names, vague content, or unexpected country codes.
• Verify shipment information by comparing it with your order details.
• Do not share the delivery code unless you are receiving the parcel.
• When paying online, ensure you pay through the SPL website or the SPL mobile app.
