Compensation

Dear Valued Customer, to proceed with the compensation process please provide us with the following:

  • The original bill.
  • E1 Form (For express shipments).
  • Original bill from Saudi Post | SPL which contains shipping price
Note* please provide us with the requested data within 15 days, if data is not provided within the specified duration the request for compensation will be closed.

Complaint processing

Complaints will be processed within maximum period of 7 working days from the date of receiving the complaint.
*The customer has the right to submit a complaint to Saudi Post | SPL regarding the provided service, on condition that the date of submitting the complaint does not exceed 30 days from the end date of the agreed period for implementing the service.
