No Refund Policy 

• Upon the purchase of any SMEs bundle , the purchase shall be considered final and non-refundable, whether in whole or in part. The customer shall not be entitled to request a refund or exchange the bundles for any other product or service following completion of the payment process. 

Bundle Validity Period 

• The bundle shall be valid for a period of one (1) year (12 months) from the date of purchase. Upon expiry of this period, the bundle shall be deemed expired and no longer valid for use, even if any unused shipments remain 

Bundle Usage Terms 

• The customer shall be entitled to utilize the shipments included in the bundle solely within the validity period. Any unused shipments shall not be carried forward, extended, or reactivated after the expiry of the validity period.
