Saudi Post | SPL, in collaboration with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, has issued a commemorative postage stamp valued at SAR 3 to document the efforts of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, which was established in 1975 with the aim of developing and managing the Kingdom’s industrial cities.

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu currently oversees four major industrial cities: Jubail Industrial City, Yanbu Industrial City, Ras Al-Khair Industrial City, and Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries, with a total area exceeding 2,175 square kilometers. It also supervises two special economic zones covering 44 square kilometers.

The Commission works to provide an attractive investment environment by developing advanced and sustainable infrastructure and enabling the necessary drivers for the growth of various industrial sectors. It is also responsible for designing and developing human-centered industrial cities that combine economic development with quality of life by providing an integrated system of educational, healthcare, social, and environmental services. This contributes to attracting both local and international investments while enhancing sustainable development.

The Commission continues its role in supporting the objectives of the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), one of the key programs aimed at achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
